Duc Nguyen has more than 25 years as an Information Technology consultant for many companies in Canada and Tunisia. He founded Solusys Inc in 1990, sold Solusys to Cognicase Inc in 1997 and became its Chief Technology Officer. Cognicase was 5000 employee company listed on the Nasdaq and the Toronto Exchange. Cognicase was bought by CGI INC in 2001. CGI is the largest IT consulting firm in Canada with more than 30,000 resources.
M. Duc Nguyen has managed some of the biggest banking development projects in Canada. He was graduated in 1973 as an Electrical Engineer at Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal University, Canada.
Hiep Pham

As a serious entrepreneur, Hiep Pham is currently president and chief executive officer of SoarSpace, Inc. In 1998, Hiep Pham founded and served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of WIDCOMM, Inc. Within five years of operation, WIDCOMM has established itself as the leading global provider of Bluetooth software, systems and turnkey designs. By 2004, WIDCOMM® software was installed in nearly 100 end products from more than 80 customers. In May 2004, Broadcom (BRCM) acquired WIDCOMM Inc.
Mr. Pham previously held positions, including president of Uniden San Diego R&D Center, a division of the Uniden Japan and was an executive at Hughes Network Systems. He currently serves on the board of advisors for VSVN, Rocketalk, Infogation, Proximetry and Embience.
In June 2002, Hiep received Ernst & Young's prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award for founding and building WIDCOMM. Hiep was also recognized as one of the Southern California's BridgeGate 20 executives who make a measurable difference in the region's information technology and new media communities.
Hiep holds seven patents in wireless communications and has published numerous technical papers. He received a BS with Honors in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, MS in Electrical Engineering from Ottawa and attending MBA Johns Hopkins program.
Richard Carter

Richard Carter is an aggressive manager totally dedicated to getting results. He has more than 20 years of management experience in both large and small companies. After obtaining a PH.D degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg,Virginia, in the period of 1981 to 1987, he taught economic courses at Laval University and has published a number of articles on government policies & regulation, international financing and rational decision making in Canadian, US and international economic journals.
From the period of 1988 to 2001, Mr. Richard has held many important postions at National Bank of Canada, as Chief Economist, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice-President of Product management & IT Groups.
He is currently co-owner & administrator of many companies including Furtive Networks Inc, Centrale Tax Inc, Gemme Audio Inc, Zendata Inc.
Jocelyn Couture

Co-founder of Tink, Jocelyn Couture possesses more than 22 years of experience in the management of new information technologies and communications. Under his leadership, Tink has become a leader and one of the largest independent enterprises for Web-based projects in the province of Quebec. Jocelyn regularly advises executives of other companies in regards to their Web positioning and other digital technologies. Jocelyn holds an MBA degree at the HEC school of business.
Bich Nhu Le

Bich has more than 30 years of experience in engineering software development and project management at PWC, a high tech Aircraft Engine Manufacturer in Canada. Bich also developped a system to manage his own service company in Montreal, Canada. His company has grown to be the largest of its kind in terms of customer base in the greater Montreal area. Bich holds an M Sc Degree in Engineering from University of New Brunswick, Canada, and partially completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal University, Canada. He also holds a design patent for an aircraft part.
